The setup fee covers the complete design, configuration, and launch of your site, while monthly fees provide ongoing hosting, maintenance, updates, and support. Launch & Business Plans
- Initial Payment: Setup fee + first month of service
- Example: Launch plan: £199 setup + £29 first month
- Monthly fees billed automatically on the same date each month
Premium Plan
- Option 1: Setup fee + first month upfront
- Option 2: Setup fee + 3–6
- Example: Premium plan: £499 setup + £79/month × 3 months = £736 upfront
- Remaining monthly fees billed automatically on the same date each month
Billing & Support Notes
- All setup work begins after receipt of the initial payment
- Monthly fees cover hosting, maintenance, backups, edits, and support
- Clients can upgrade their plan at any time—fees will adjust from the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation policy: Monthly services can be canceled with 30 days’ notice

- Extra pages: £25–£50/page
- Extra edits: £15–£25 per 2 edits
- Extra e-commerce items: £25–£50 per 10 items
- Advanced SEO/reporting: £50 one-off
