The setup fee covers the complete design, configuration, and launch of your site, while monthly fees provide ongoing hosting, maintenance, updates, and support. By outlining these terms upfront, we ensure a smooth process for both you and our team, so you can focus on growing your business with confidence.

Launch & Business Plans

  • Initial Payment: Setup fee + first month of service
  • Example: Launch plan: £199 setup + £29 first month
  • Monthly fees billed automatically on the same date each month

Premium Plan

  • Option 1: Setup fee + first month upfront
  • Option 2: Setup fee + 3–6
  • Example: Premium plan: £499 setup + £79/month × 3 months = £736 upfront
  • Remaining monthly fees billed automatically on the same date each month

Billing & Support Notes

  • All setup work begins after receipt of the initial payment
  • Monthly fees cover hosting, maintenance, backups, edits, and support
  • Clients can upgrade their plan at any time—fees will adjust from the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation policy: Monthly services can be canceled with 30 days’ notice

Optional Add-ons

  • Extra pages: £25–£50/page
  • Extra edits: £15–£25 per 2 edits
  • Extra e-commerce items: £25–£50 per 10 items
  • Advanced SEO/reporting: £50 one-off
